Although it is optional to set up an account with us, we recommend setting up an account when placing your order. A customer account allows you to store your order history and shipping status and make future orders with us more rapidly.
Shipping rates and time frame
Shipping rates and time frames are subject to items shipped, shipping destination and your choice of carrier. We suggest that customers choose the option which will offer the best value to them.
We endeavour to get all orders processed within 3-7 business days, but occasionally order processing may be delayed due to:
Big promotions are taking place.
Holidays - When ordering around a holiday date, orders will take longer to be processed.
International shipping - customs issues may cause delays.
Weather conditions.
COVID restrictions and delays
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to rising shipping costs in Canada, we have limited our outgoing mail pickup frequency. We apologize for the inconvenience, as shipping delays may result in all shipping methods (excluding Xpresspost and Priority mail). Please email us at hello@faithandsparklesworld.com and quote your order number in your inquiry for more information about your order shipping status.
Note about Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are not available on packages shipped with Small Packet USA, International Parcel, and Small Packet International shipping options.
Note for International Orders (outside Canada and the US)
The cheapest rate usually available is Canada Post's "International Packet Surface." Please note that this service can take up to 3 months to reach you (or longer outside of urban centres) and not provide a tracking number. We highly recommend you select at least "International Packet Air" instead.

We strive to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. If you find a product that you've ordered is not explained, we will be happy to exchange it following our returns policy.
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the product's full retail price, estimated following standard industry practice. If a drastic error has occurred in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your order and offer a full refund.
Bulk/Wholesale Discount
Please contact our staff directly to inquire about bulk or wholesale discounting. Discount availability is dependent on the item requested, so not all items are eligible.
Undeliverable Packages
On occasion, packages are returned as "undeliverable." In such cases, we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges). If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. However, if the order is lost because of customer error, the charges will not be refunded. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase undeliverable items, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered and you have not received confirmation of its return or a refund, please contact us.
Returns
We will happily replace a damaged or defective item for a refund. Our staff must approve all refunds and returns.
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the items to PO Box 80002 Lakeshore Village, Etobicoke ON, M8V 4A1 according to the following stipulations:
All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Defective items will be replaced free of charge. Items that have not been cared for properly by the customer are not considered defective and will not be replaced or refunded.
We will not refund used products. If, upon testing, they are indeed found to be defective, we will replace them with the same item.
We require at least 48 hours after receiving the item to inspect it. We will contact you within the next business day with our results, except for busy periods or public holidays.
Returns of books are allowed only with a receipt if they are in resell-able shape. For example, books must not be dog-eared, bent, warped or stained.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items returned more than 30 days past delivery or items not accompanied by proof of purchase unless prior written permission has been given by Faith and Sparkle’s World staff. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at faithandsparklesworld.com.

Refunds
We will notify you of your refund via email after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your return. There will be no refund on shipping costs.
